The Nine-Point NIKA Commitment


All disinfectant products are approved by both the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the world Health Organization (WHO) for use against viral pathogens.


NIKA has developed an employee training program to educate on good hygiene, sanitization, and social distancing for employees with guest contact.


Distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE) and other preventive measures to ensure hygiene and sanitization have been implemented for all staff.


NIKA has implemented various processes to supplement in-person contact while continuing to provide a stress-free check-in.


As a guiding promise within the NIKA ecosystem our cleaning protocols and standards ensure apartments are thoroughly disinfected for the continuing comfort and safety of our guests.


NIKA is committed to providing a safer way to stay away.  A comfortable controlled environment to safely distance or self-isolate for as long as needed.


We work closely with our property partners to ensure that property hygiene and sanitization protocols for the cleaning and disinfecting public spaces.


Understanding and adherence to a mandatory checklist of our quality program of standards is required for all partners within our network.


Stringent inspection of our processes throughout our network validates adherence to our guidelines set by industry leading accreditation organizations such as ASAP and CHPA.

Respecting the sanctuary of your home is our commitment to providing “a safer way to stay away.” A comfortable, controlled environment to safely distance or self-isolate for as long as needed. Rest assured that every aspect of the apartment will be ready upon arrival. By request, additional linens and cleaning supplies will be on hand for a more comfortable uninterrupted extended stay.
