Dominique “Nika” Cagle has been the proud owner and operator of NIKA for more than twenty years. During this time, she has skillfully built a well-known brand in the niche industry of providing comfortable, efficient, and affordable temporary furnished housing.

With a strong focus on excellent customer service, Dominique and her team have successfully accommodated thousands of guests worldwide.

Scott co-owns and runs this company alongside Dominique. It is said this company is his “brainchild”. Being a retired Air Force Major, NIKA was started as a much needed answer for furnished housing for military personnel and grew from there. Scott also created from scratch the proprietary software called “CASA Genesis” that the entire company utilizes every day to manage all of our reservations – from the very first phone call, to the moment of check out and everything in between.

Tiffany, a valued member of the Nika team, brings a wealth of industry experience, exceptional administrative skills, and a personable, outgoing approach that makes her a natural fit for this role. Since joining Nika, Tiffany has consistently shown her dedication to delivering exceptional service, offering invaluable support across multiple departments, and becoming a trusted resource for clients. Her enthusiasm to help and her positive attitude have earned her the admiration of clients, while also contributing to a more uplifting workplace culture.

Hannah brings a wealth of experience from the multi-family housing industry, with a strong background in sales and customer service. As the General Manager, she efficiently handles all the day-to-day operations, overseeing various departments such as Sales, Inventory, Guest Services, Operations, Housekeeping, Accounting, and Payroll Services. With her exceptional talent and dedication, Hannah ensures that our company runs smoothly and seamlessly, providing top-notch service 24/7/365!

Tiffany is a true gem when it comes to taking care of our clients and guests. With meticulous attention to detail, she works tirelessly to ensure that every aspect is complete and your unit is ready to become your home. Her special training in accommodating our military guests during their TDY/TAD makes her a valuable resource for them. Tiffany’s strength lies in getting every detail down to the letter, providing each guest with a hassle-free move-in experience!

Jose has dedicated his entire career to NIKA in the Operations Department from starting as an Ops Tech and then earning his place as Ops Manager. With years of experience, we can count on Jose to handle any Operations situation – from setting up dozens of units for a project, to making that one VIP unit amazing!
