Dominique “Nika” Cagle has owned and operated NIKA for nearly two decades. She has successfully helped build a well-known brand in this niche industry with a stellar reputation for comfortable, efficient, affordable and spacious temporary furnished housing focused on excellent customer service. She and her team have accommodated thousands of Guests throughout the world.
Scott co-owns and runs this company alongside Dominique. It is said this company is his “brainchild”. Being a retired Air Force Major, NIKA was started as a much needed answer for furnished housing for military personnel and grew from there. Scott also created the proprietary software that the entire company utilizes day to day to manage a reservation from the very first phone call, to the moment of check out and everything in between.
Hannah has extensive experience in the multi-family housing industry, sales and customer service. She manages all the day-to-day of the office, overseeing every department: Sales, Inventory, Guest Services, Operations, Housekeeping, Accounting and Payroll Services. This very talented lady keeps our company running smoothly 24/7/365!
Beth has vast experience in the procedures of running of a company and all the financial aspects involved. She works diligently in the accounting department managing the thousands of bills we get for all of our markets. She also trains our Summer AP interns. Beth has the fun task of spending all of our money, every day!
Angel has over 25 years of excellent Guest Service experience. Friendly, professional and quick to get the job done, she serves each guest personally and efficiently. That dedication to quality and exceptional service is reflected with NIKA achieving and maintaining our nearly 5-star review standing. Our Guests are in good hands with the Angel of our office!
With years of experience in the Corporate Housing industry, Sales and a portfolio of Account Management, Kay is your go-to-girl for any of your company’s needs. She oversees the Sales Department, negotiates contracts and helps manage our accommodations inventory. No sale is too big or too small for her to find you the perfect fit – This lady makes magic happen!
Tiffany takes great care of our Clients and Guests as she works hard to ensure that all the details are complete and your unit is ready for you to call home. She has special training on helping accommodate our military guests during their TDY/TAD. Her strength is getting every aspect down to the letter to ensure each guest is provided that hassle-free move-in!
Sabrina takes special care of our B2B Clients and manages our inventory on the many public and business facing platforms we use to run our business. Her attention to detail and unit specifications, keeps our on-line presence updated and consistent. She is always on the ball and ready to serve!
Jose has dedicated his entire career to NIKA in the Operations Department from starting as an Ops Tech to earning his place as Ops Manager. With years of experience, we can count on Jose to handle any Operations situation – from setting up dozens of units for a project, to making that one VIP unit amazing!
