Dominique “Nika” Cagle has been the proud owner and operator of NIKA for more than twenty years. During this time, she has skillfully built a well-known brand in the niche industry of providing comfortable, efficient, and affordable temporary furnished housing.
With a strong focus on excellent customer service, Dominique and her team have successfully accommodated thousands of guests worldwide.
Scott co-owns and runs this company alongside Dominique. It is said this company is his “brainchild”. Being a retired Air Force Major, NIKA was started as a much needed answer for furnished housing for military personnel and grew from there. Scott also created from scratch the proprietary software program called “CASA Genesis” that the entire company utilizes every day to manage all of our reservations – from the very first phone call, to the moment of check out and everything in between.
Hannah brings a wealth of experience from the multi-family housing industry, with a strong background in sales and customer service. As the Accounts Receivable Manager, she efficiently handles all incoming payments, invoicing, collections, and financial reconciliations, ensuring accurate and timely processing across departments. With her exceptional talent and dedication, Hannah maintains the company’s financial health and supports seamless operations, delivering reliable service 24/7/365!

Jose has dedicated his entire career to NIKA in the Operations Department from starting as an Ops Tech and then earning his place as Ops Manager.
