Just a Few Rules For the Program…
What would the world be without rules?
All Nika guests and former guests are eligible to earn and redeem rewards points. NIKA employees, clients, partners, and vendors are not eligible to participate, but can sign up for our professional referral program (if qualified).
Points may not be gifted from one recipient to another.
Starting as of August 1st 2024, all current NIKA guests that sign up for the program are eligible to collect points for each night of their NIKA reservation, as well as bonus points for submitting feedback on Google, Bing, or Yelp. Points will commence as of the date of sign-up.
You can also earn bonus points for each and every referral that books with Nika!
Redeeming points is easy. Just fill out the Redeem Points Form below to get your rewards!
It depends… Once you let us know how you would like to receive your reward we will process the request. For in-unit current stay rewards like housekeeping service, upgrades, etc, we will get those items or services to you ASAP.
Gift Cards will be processed and sent the month following the point redemption.
Point expire 1 year from date of award.
If you claim a referral, and someone else claims the same person as a referral, we will reach out to the person that was referred and ask them to make the decision. If they decline to tell us, we will split the points between you and the other party.
